Shannon Curvey,
BS, LMT, MES,
NASM-CES, GFS
Founder & Lead Trainer
Hi, I’m Shannon Curvey–a former athlete who has experienced her own share of personal injuries.
I spent years working in physical therapy and chiropractic facilities, overseeing exercise programs for patients at all fitness levels with varying medical conditions.
What I learned is that patients with unique health conditions can’t be given the same care. So, while many facilities offer general care, I use my 20 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist, certified medical & corrective exercise specialist, and golf exercise specialist to help clients find lasting wellness with post-rehab strengthening and maintenance.
When I’m not serving clients, I enjoy playing golf, traveling, spending time with my family and cheering the Seahawks on to their next Super Bowl victory!

kristen Hahn
Personal Trainer
Kristen is a certified personal trainer specializing in corrective exercise, performance enhancement and senior fitness and fall prevention. She has trained clients ranging in age from youth and student athletes to the active aging client. She is proficient in the management of muscular imbalances which lead to dysfunctional movement patterns in the body and correcting these to decrease chronic pain and prevent future injuries and falls. Her goal is to help you focus on better movement of your body while gaining strength and mobility. Kristen’s approach to training includes posture and movement assessments, proper stretching techniques, and resistance training. She integrates these gains into functional movement patterns for the body. By doing so, muscles and joints work within their natural range, improving overall muscle tone, coordination and balance while enhancing aerobic capacity. Understanding there is no “one size fits all” program, her customized holistic approach will help you move and feel better! She is dedicated to helping you achieve your goals in the safest, most efficient and fun way possible, with your feedback along the way.

Hadia Ali
Massage Therapist
Hadia studied at the Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy, where she gained 600 hours in Western Massage. There, she learned the importance of intuitive touch and listening to the body with her hands. She understands the depth of the body’s connection and incorporates it into her treatments. Myofascial lines are specific patterns of fascia, a connective tissue network that envelops and interconnects muscles. When one area gets tight and restricted, it pulls on those lines, causing discomfort in other areas of the body. She ensures to treat it holistically, assuring that all areas are addressed. Currently, Hadia is studying kinesiology at George Mason University, deepening her understanding of how the body moves and functions. Her extensive knowledge about muscles and their attachment sites allows her to locate trigger points and understand referral patterns. She advocates for movement because, when the body is stagnant and still, muscle adhesions can occur. Having written a synthesis on the vagus nerve, she is well-informed about the polyvagal theory. When the vagus nerve is dysregulated, it can cause one to be stuck in the “fight-or-flight” or “freeze” response. She applies this knowledge to neck and abdominal massage to help regulate the nerve. In her free time, Hadia enjoys boxing, painting, and yoga. She also loves taking care of her many plants and her pet bunny!

Ally Darling
Personal Trainer

She has run seasonal outdoor boot camps, small group training, and one on one sessions for all ages. In her free time, she enjoys time with her family, hiking, reading, weightlifting, and the beach. If you are new to exercise or a seasoned athlete, Ally has a great workout design to keep you engaged and motivated to achieve your goals. Ally emphasizes age-appropriate programming with a specific focus given to improving muscle imbalances and movement dysfunctions using resistance and mobility training.
