I did 6 months of personal training here while rehabbing my hip after surgery. My insurance decided that I was healed enough after a few months of PT, but I still wasn't back to playing hockey and distance running. Hi, I’m Shannon Curvey–a former athlete who has experienced her own share of personal injuries.
I spent years working in physical therapy and chiropractic facilities, overseeing exercise programs for patients at all fitness levels with varying medical conditions.
When I’m not serving clients, I enjoy playing golf, traveling, spending time with my family and cheering the Seahawks on to their next Super Bowl victory!
Movement is medicine.
