The 10-Day Shake-Up!
YOU choose your start day! You may want to weigh yourself or take other baseline measurements on Day 1 then again on Day 10! Then celebrate your progress.
Meals must be gluten-FREE, dairy-FREE, sugar-FREE, NO processed/packaged foods, and NO alcohol!
It is a good idea to increase your vegetable intake by 1 whole serving each meal.
Consume 1 shake and 2 clean meals each day. Snack as needed.
For best results, exercise moderately at least 5 out of the 10 days.
All programs include a weekly in person or virtual coaching session for 4 weeks!
