POST-REHAB PERSONAL TRAINING

Specifically for the one who has been discharged form Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, or other medical care and still needs a bit of strengthening and stability to return to full functions. You will receive customized personal training sessions with your medical exercise specialist designed to improve your function and bridge the gap from health care to fitness.

Therapeutic massage is a style of massage therapy focused on treating painful conditions that affect the soft tissues of the body. It involves releasing tense muscles, helping to stretch and lengthen tight muscles and tendons, and decompress rigid joints. Our goal is to restore full health to the soft tissues of your body, both treating your specific conditions as well as improving your overall well-being.
